To take part in Northern Fortune Fever weekly draws, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 19 years of age or older, in line with Canadian participation requirements
- You must reside in Canada and be able to confirm residency if requested
- Only one account is allowed per person; duplicate accounts are not permitted
- All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date
Account Protection
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@northernfortunefever.com.
Weekly Draw Participation
By joining weekly draws on Northern Fortune Fever, you agree to the following conditions:
- Weekly draws reset every Friday at 6:00 PM Montreal time
- Account registration is required; no purchase is necessary to participate
- Available events may change, pause, or be updated without prior notice
- All outcomes and administrative decisions are final
Any attempt to interfere with draw mechanics, use automation tools, or engage in deceptive behavior may lead to immediate account closure and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
Restricted Actions
The following actions are not allowed on the Northern Fortune Fever platform:
- Registering more than one account or using inaccurate personal details
- Using bots, scripts, or other unauthorized technical tools
- Engaging in harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior
- Sharing methods intended to manipulate or exploit draw systems
- Failing to comply with applicable Canadian laws or regulations
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination, loss of participation privileges, and further action where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials on Northern Fortune Fever, including text, design elements, logos, and software, are owned by Northern Fortune Fever or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international copyright legislation.
- Content may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without written permission
- The name “Northern Fortune Fever” and associated branding are protected identifiers
- User-submitted content grants Aurora Bounty a limited license for platform-related use
Liability Limitations
The Northern Fortune Fever platform is provided on an “as available” basis, without guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by Canadian law, Northern Fortune Fever is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the platform.
Service Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time. Northern Fortune Fever is not liable for such changes or interruptions.
